        For this project, I was tasked with developing a calendar to display the Fall 2019 events for the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts. With a very dense list of events, I had to find a way to get the user engaged in what they were looking at. While we were confined to print for the final product, I wanted to introduce an element of interaction in order to give the casual passer-by a reason to look and engage with the material. They are prompted to place a dot on the poster that corresponds to the color of an event they’re most excited about (as seen in the photo). With a test-run in our class critique, I can happily say it got most everyone to stop and take a second at the events they’d been looking at for the past month.
